[Reflective design] 1: The mobile light tower trailer system needs one kind of concentrating and near-projection type according to the usage situation, which is close-range and large-area lighting. We designed a concentrating reflector according to this need, and the dispersion angle of the lamps can reach 180°C. 2: In order to make the lighting more efficient, we chose the American high-brightness reflective material for the reflector material. After punching, it can be used directly after punching. It can withstand high temperature of 300 ℃ without deformation, and has good reflective performance when it changes color.
[Glass selection] Special tempered glass is used, the light transmittance is twice that of ordinary glass, and it is resistant to high temperature and not easy to break.
[Lifting function] The telescopic air rod is used as a lifting adjustment method. The maximum lifting height of the lighting system is 4.5 meters. The cross-sectional shape of the air rod is specially designed. Wear-resistant and anti-corrosion, long service life, light weight, easy to carry.
[Lighting system] Four lamp holders are installed on the lamp panel, and the lamp tubes are four 500W gold halide lamps, which have a good spotlight effect. The luminous flux of a single tube is 10000lm, and the service life is more than 10000 hours. According to the needs of the site, each lamp head can be individually adjusted up, down, left, and right angles, and rotated to achieve 360° omnidirectional lighting in any direction; the lamp panel can be rotated vertically and horizontally.
[Selection of light source] Considering that the mobile light tower trailer lighting of the lamp can work better, the light source needs to have high luminous efficiency and long life. We mainly use gold halide bulbs. The advantages of the light source are: 1: The color temperature of the light source of the lamp is 4500K, close to daylight. 2: The gas discharge bulb has no filament, and the new technology has a high degree of shock resistance. 3: The lamp life is as long as 10000 hours.
